Rolling Hills Country Club is a gated, 228-acre golf course community located in Rolling Hills Estates. Developed by The Chadmar Group, the property includes 114 homes in total (83 of which were built by Chadmar and 31 of which were built by Toll Brothers). Ranging in square footage from 3,700 square feet - 7,200 square feet, the aesthetic for the community resembles the original architecture of Palos Verdes. Robert Hidey custom designed the 5 home elevations for Chadmar: Modern Farmhouse, California Ranch, Interpretive Ranch, Adobe Ranch, and European Ranch. In addition, 4 additional exterior elevations by Toll Brothers are interspersed throughout the community.
The Chadmar Group grand opening for the community took place on June 2, 2018, with four spectacular model homes fully furnished & decorated by Objekt Designs.
Residents have their choice of high schools, either Palos Verdes High School in Palos Verdes Estates (Lunada Bay), or the larger Palos Verdes Peninsula High School, located in adjacent Rolling Hills Estates.
Rolling Hills Country Club has been in existence since 1965, but was newly rebuilt in 2018 to include an award-winning Robert Altevers designed 70,000 square foot clubhouse facility.

The street names (McCarrell, Bixby, Phillips, Thorsen, Chandler) are named after the founding families and first ranches on the peninsula.
